I guess we're back. It has been a long year, but we're now back on track. As usual, all those associated with Cannibal CrossFit will have the main sites WOD at their disposal, but we do plan on following a 5-on, 2-off rest cycle to facilitate our active duty Soldiers. I'm posting the main sites WOD for Sunday as a starter, but our regular cycle will begin tomorrow. Thanks for your support while we've been gone, now it's time to get back in the fight.
